camper trailer in SHORTLAND, New South Wales for sale

We are selling our camper trailer, it comes on a painted 7x5 box trailer with high sides, its has a swinging rear door, 4kg gas bottle carrier, the floor of trailer is lined with marine carpet, tool box mounted on the draw bar, spare tyre, and a small bike rack which is really only suited to kids bikes.
The camper itself folds out to the right hand side of trailer for the first room, it has an annex which is permanently attached and can be fully enclosed including floor, it also has another annex which can be attached and also fully enclosed including floor. I think it is known as a camper 12 12
We bought this camper through a friend of friend in 2009 and have used it 6 times in that period, the previous owner set it up used it twice on the second occasion in a pretty heavy storm and his wife decided she wanted a caravan instead so the camper trailer was sold. It has no rips or tears or repairs on the canvas i was told the canvas was of a heavier ounce but i cannot tell this one way or the other, there is internal acces to the trailer under the mattress, a ladder to help with access to the bed. We have always used a tarp over the top to provide additional protection when in use and it has always been stored in the garage.
For an additional $1000 on the sale price we will include a silver (pretty certain its an oztrail) tarp which completely covers camper trailer plus a bit of overhang, poles, adjustable ridge pole, guy ropes and pegs.
Inspections are fully welcome and im quite willing to set it up for inspection, I have only attached one photo but we are looking through disk after disk for more photos and will post more photos as we find them.
